Show supports second major sponsor: PECO

We’re delighted to have our second sponsor on board, the one and only PECO!

For more than 70 years, PECO has been supporting the model railway hobby in a number of guises, from manufacturing components and trackwork to creating the long-standing publishing arm that includes Railway Modeller and Continental Modeller, and it’s with this side that PECO will be supporting G1MRA75.

In an agreement struck in November, PECO have agreed to support in kind for the show – and that support means that more than 30,000 people will see adverts for the show when they appear in the summer next year at zero cost to the show itself.

PECO has always been a forward-looking family company with a long tradition of innovative thinking. The business started trading in 1946 and is now in its third generation.

Steve Haynes, Salex Manager from PECO, said: “We have been branching into the larger scales for a number of years now, and realising G1MRA was around the same age as our company, that’s a great reason to offer our support to one of the oldest major scale groups in the country!”

Stu Hithersay, Show Manager for G1MRA75, said: “It’s great to have PECO on board. We’ll be working with them to make sure they’re well represented across the show. Like all shows, we’re trying to make this one break even, so any offer of support or help like this, particularly from such a well known, and well respected, company, is invaluable!”
