Diary of a show manager - November round up

Updated: Jan 16

It’s been a hectic few weeks since we set out on the journey that is the G1MRA75 show next year, so I just wanted to update you on progress.

Since we started out….

We’ve secured two major sponsors in Accucraft UK Ltd and Peco. We’re grateful for their support, and both are offering different things – Peco with enhanced advertising for the show across their magazines, and direct support from Accucraft. If you fancy sponsoring the show, do get in touch!

The website is being regularly updated with information about the show. The Supplier support page will showcase those traders who confirm attendance. This is free of charge, mainly done to help fellow modellers know who’s coming. Behind the scenes, we're also setting up a page to showcase the exhibits confirmed for the show. More about that in the new year!

Perfect for Christmas, advance tickets are available, and we’ve teamed up with a professional clothing supplier to offer branded merchandise as well as branded t-shirts etc.

Advertising for the show is under way, with ads planned across the major Model Railway magazines in the next year as well as in the scale magazines.

This really is going to be a show like no other Gauge 1 show before! And we’d love you to join us.

The team behind the show has done loads of work since we started out, and we wanted to put it in one place to show just how far we’ve come!
